Hank began his career at Ford following doctoral research in motion sensing, and has built an international track record spanning Europe, Asia, the Americas and the Middle East. His experience ranges from early-stage automation and robotics through to global product strategy, smart mobility and large-scale commercial vehicle portfolios, delivering high-impact programmes in complex, multi-market environments.

He has held senior leadership roles across Ford and its portfolio of iconic brands, including Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin and Volvo. Hank works at the intersection of technology, strategy and execution, combining systemic thinking, commercial insight and hands-on delivery discipline, and is equally at ease defining direction as ensuring it lands.
